Good point, but what I find astonishing is that it's not necessarily anonymous. People aren't usually anonymous on Facebook. Often it's a real person on Twitter, and in response to newspaper stories. I find it shocking what people will say under their real name. That said, I think the worst comments to my story came from someone who isn't using a real name. Thanks for your comments!
